Ktima Bairaktaris  

Thesis embodies the philosophy of dedicated vine growing and vinification of local Greek varieties. Made from 100% Malagousia grapes grown at 650m altitude in mountainous Corinth, the wine offers a complex and refined aromatic profile with notes of stone fruit, citrus, apricot, grapefruit, lemon peel, and white flowers. On the palate, it is oily with cool acidity and mineral hints, creating a balanced and elegant white wine. Ideal to pair with green salads, grilled fish, shellfish, risotto, grilled vegetables and white meats, or pasta with salmon. Alcohol: 12.5%.
