Rock 'N' Rose
This semi-sweet rosé from Bairaktaris Estate is a rosé full of character, expressing the estate’s bold and unique nature. Crafted from 40% Agiorgitiko and 60% Malagouzia grapes grown at 600m altitude on the slopes of mountainous Corinth, it features a light pink hue and vivid aromas of small red fruits complemented by subtle citrus notes. The wine offers a gentle sweetness, balanced body, and a fresh, pleasant profile with a short aftertaste. Ideal to pair with fruits, fresh salads (especially those with fruits), soft cheese, and Asian cuisine such as Chinese and Thai dishes. Alcohol: 12%.
