Our Winemaking Story

In 2017, after spending 13 years in France, we made a life-changing decision to leave our careers as a math teacher and works engineer. We returned to our roots to take over the family farm and began our adventure as wine producers.

That same year, we renovated the old family cellar and, by September, we proudly produced our first cuvée.

Our Vineyard's Heritage

Bodega Dussart Pedron is nestled in the charming village of Los Pedrones, within the Utiel-Requena Designation of Origin in Spain. Our vineyards are family-owned and cultivated organically, with plans to certify all our wines as organic starting from the 2021 vintage.

We primarily focus on the indigenous Bobal grape, while also cultivating other Spanish varieties such as Garnacha and Tempranillo, along with the Italian Vermentino. Our portfolio includes red, rosé, and white wines, all aged in old French barrels to enhance their complexity and character.

Highly recommended winery, they do a tasting/lunch where they explain the entire process of the winery from its beginnings and a little before!! 🤭 Winery with little production and minimal intervention!!! We loved all their red, rosé and white wines!! The best treatment from Ben!! It was the second time we came and it won't be the last!! 🍷
