Colle Uncinano, Wines Age in a 400 Year Old Cellar
The history of Colle Uncinano dates back to the late 1990s. The Campanella Family bought the winery and decided to revive and restructure the vineyards. The family is operating the winery for over 30 years now. In May 2005, the owner established the cellar, aided by his wife, Lorella. Two years later in July 2007, the owner delivered the first bottles of Soviano Regale and Cruor Nobile with vintage 2005. The cellar, with its thick walls dating back to 1600, is a perfect place for the aging of wines. With the utmost respect for nature and ecosystem, the owner at Colle Uncinano use modern machinery, combined with traditional methods, to cultivate high-end grapes.
