We just happened to be at Timo's. He took a good hour of his time with us and showed us and explained everything. Thank you to Timo. Timo's wines are also great, of course. There's something for everyone.

In the summer of 2024, we turned up unannounced for a wine tasting at the Dienharts' farm. In the midday heat, boss Timo took the time to taste his best sparkling wines and wines for two strangers and to add a lot of background knowledge. The wines were drinkable and fresh, as expected, but never ingratiating, two-dimensional or predictable, but surprising because they were not obvious at first sip, with a multi-layered personality - and captivating because they were fruity and full of mouthwatering, like wines that you can always feel like drinking. The budget we had planned to spend was of course quickly gone: out of gratitude for Timo Dienhart's time, but above all in recognition of the long-storable wines that justify every extra trip to the cellar. We'll be back to the Moselle! Perhaps we can visit a few of the Dienhart plots in a picturesquely beautiful area that can be proud of its special winemaker. But then we'll register in advance, I promise.
