The Guldbæk Vingård- Winery Residing in Beautiful and Unique Denmark
The Guldbæk Vingård winery is located in the area of Jylland in beautiful and unique Denmark. The winery and estate is perfectly situated in the heart of the rolling and gentle hills of Himmerland and is one of the world’s northern most wine estates. The owners of Guldbæk Vingård often say that the winery came about as a result of the whims of nature and a deep seated love for wine and the craftsmanship that goes along with producing it. Guldbæk Vingård is a small, boutique family run winery nestled in the hilly area of the village of Guldbæk around 20 kms from the town of Aalborg.
The first Guldbæk Vingård wines were planted in 2008 and today these vines cover around 4 hectares of land on which blue and green grapes have been planted. These grape varietals are all mushroom resistant and a grown organically with a strong focus on biodiversity and sustainability.
