La Collina dei Ciliegi, Charming Winery in the Heart of the Veneto
La Collina dei Ciliegi is a winery located on the smooth hills of Valpantena. The winery was established in 2005 by Massimo Gianolli and Stefano Falla in the most pristine and beautiful area of Valpolicella. The vineyard is at almost 700 meters above sea level on a beautiful hill. The winery’s name means “The Hill of Cherry Trees” because when Massimo planted vines there, it was surrounded by cherry trees. The land was Armando’s father’s property, who moved to Milan for further education and work. After the Second World War, he returned and started working as a winemaker and later passed down the business to his family.
Sustainable Winemaking at La Collina dei Ciliegi
The winery uses sustainable methods to preserve the land and environment. It combines family values and traditions, along with innovative and modern skills to produce the best products. The barrel cellar is where the maturation of the wines takes place.
