Le Carezze winery is located in Veneto, the south part of Verona province. Le Carezze Organic Winery is a family-owned company that was founded on a love for great wine and a strong commitment to supporting organic farming practices. This dedication has been rewarded with success, as Le Carezze has become one of the most highly regarded producers of wines in all Veneto.

Twenty years of Organic Farming

The soil is very rich being in the surrounding riverbeds of Adige, Fratta, and Terrazzo. The sediments are composed of substances of vulcanic origin, limestone, and rich in minerals. Our vineyard is totally organic, and certified since the 2018 vintage. To minimize the risk of fungal diseases we have adopted a guyot system, grapes with wide spaced bunches, so cabernet, merlot, and palava (traminer x mϋller thurgau), and Istrian malvasia. The last vines we planted are cultivars resistant to fungal diseases, in order to avoid the use of copper and sulfur in the vineyard: Sauvignon Kretos , Cabernet Volos, Joaniter, Fleurtai.

Exquisite Wines for Sustainable Viticulture

We only use selected grapes with a period in the drying room, for the concentration of sugars and polyphenols. Our wines are well structured with high extracts but a good balance of alcohol, sugar, and tannins for reds. We offer sparkling, white, and red wines. We have illustrated above the work carried out over the last 20 years with the aim of preparing a suitable environment for an organic vineyard and cellar.
