Le Carezze Organic Winery is nestled in the picturesque Veneto region, specifically in the southern part of Verona province. This family-owned winery thrives on a passion for exceptional wine and a steadfast commitment to organic farming. As a result, Le Carezze has earned a reputation as one of the most esteemed wine producers in all of Veneto.

Two Decades of Organic Excellence

The vineyard benefits from the fertile soil found in the riverbeds of the Adige, Fratta, and Terrazzo. Rich in volcanic sediments, limestone, and essential minerals, our land is ideal for organic cultivation. Certified organic since the 2018 vintage, we employ a guyot training system to reduce the risk of fungal diseases. Our grape varieties include Cabernet, Merlot, Palava (a cross of Traminer and Müller Thurgau), and Istrian Malvasia. Recently, we have introduced disease-resistant cultivars such as Sauvignon Kretos, Cabernet Volos, Joaniter, and Fleurtai to further minimize the need for copper and sulfur treatments.

Crafting Exceptional Wines with Sustainability in Mind

At Le Carezze, we prioritize quality by selecting only the finest grapes, which undergo a drying process to enhance their sugar and polyphenol concentration. Our wines are well-structured, balancing alcohol, sugar, and tannins, making them enjoyable for all palates. We produce a diverse range of sparkling, white, and red wines, reflecting our commitment to sustainable viticulture and the meticulous care we have invested in our vineyard and cellar over the past 20 years.

I had lunch in Montagnana at the Moro restaurant where I tasted your 2022 Jupiter. I found it exceptional I requested the price list on your site. I hope it arrives soon so I can place the order and have the opportunity to taste your other products. Congratulations again

Incredible wines, known thanks to a tasting with buffet dinner, a welcoming and elegant space, excellent cuisine and wines of a quality never tasted. I highly recommend trying Jupiter and iris, a still white and a vintage with complex aromas and fragrances that inebriate you from nose to palate. Compliments!!!

My husband and I are Tuscans and about a year ago we accidentally came across Vulcanus which we have been drinking and loving ever since. Having had telephone and email contacts with the owner Mr. Luigi and his assistant Giulia, who seemed to us to be very friendly and helpful people, driven by curiosity, we booked a visit to the organic winery "Le carezze". We wanted to visit the cellar, taste the other wines that we didn't know and personally meet Mr. Luigi and Giulia. On February 19th, by appointment, we had the immense pleasure of visiting the cellar. Mr. Luigi (who became simply Luigi during the visit) and Giulia welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home! Luigi accompanied us to visit the vineyards and the cellar and his love for that land, for its work and for its products shone through in his words. We could have listened to it for hours! From prosecco, to white, to red, up to passito we tasted and appreciated the goodness of all the wines which were accompanied by an exquisite platter of local cold cuts and cheeses and the very pleasant company of Luigi and Giulia who tasted with us! We left reluctantly! While waiting to be able to return to the winery again (also given the release of a new red wine soon) we will continue to order the wines online and preserve the memory of this splendid experience in this small but great company! With respect and affection, Giordano and Stefania

i loved this wine tasting experience! I've always wanted to go wine tasting and I'm so glad my first opportunity was on a solo trip in italy, where they accommodated me for a 1:1 wine tasting. Giulia was so sweet, knowledgeable and passionate about working here. She gave me a nice tour of the winery, took some photos of me and then gave me wine and cheese to taste. I loved the parmesan and all of the wines were delicious and opened me up to try more! The owner of the winery was also very sweet and even had a glass of wine with us. As they say in italy, it's rude to let someone drink alone haha. I would love for their wine to be available in the US someday

Company that produces certified organic wines with an innovative cultivation philosophy and, above all, of truly REMARKABLE quality. The founder's great passion and competence is reflected in the absolute level of the wines offered; each with its own identity and well-defined, refined, carefully structured, balanced and never banal characteristics. These are products that must be tasted and appreciated in the awareness of the greatness of the research carried out. In my opinion, they represent the new frontier of excellent wine production. A refined, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, friendliness, competence and professionalism complete the picture. Tastings by prior reservation, possibility of purchase on site. An experience that I absolutely recommend.
