Our winery was founded in the village of Atzara, where the vine is culture and memory: a family project that values historic vineyards and traditional methods. We cultivate native grape varieties such as Bovale, Cannonau, and Monica on granite soils, over 400 meters above sea level. Each bottle is an expression of the most authentic Mandrolisai.

Our wines come from vines over one hundred years old, trained as bush vines at altitudes between 450 and 700 meters. Low yields and meticulous attention to detail allow us to obtain high-quality grapes, carefully vinified to create wines with character, balance, and a strong connection to the terroir.

Mandrolisai is a unique appellation in Sardinia: a blend born from the coexistence of Bovale, Cannonau, and Monica, in varying percentages. Our wines are the pure expression of this territorial identity, with aromas of Mediterranean scrub, red fruits, and a balanced, savory finish.

Our winery is a place to experience, not just to visit. We organize guided tastings of our wines, accompanied by samples of typical local products or authentic Sardinian home-cooked lunches. Those who wish can begin the experience with a stroll through the rows of our historic vineyards, learning firsthand about the origins of each bottle. An authentic and intimate way to discover the region and its flavors, directly from those who cultivate it every day.

A wonderful tour of the winery with Corrado, who explained every detail of the winemaking process. Roberto produces excellent wines with passion and cutting-edge technology. The world's largest barrel is absolutely breathtaking! You can't miss it!

We discovered your wine at Hawesko Hamburg and are thrilled. We're currently having lunch at home, enjoying a 2022 Aurora Arneis from Sarotto with salsiccia, tomato sauce, and mashed potatoes. Highly recommended; this wine is in a class of its own.

A wonderful tasting experience and tour, thanks to Chiara. The wines are excellent value for money, and the tasting room is magnificent, with a panoramic view of the vineyards. A bonus: breadsticks, cheese, and cured meats to accompany the wines. Don't miss it!
