In the heart of Ragusa's Baroque landscape, Tenuta Santo Spirito stands proudly in Vittoria, along the historic route from Roccazzo to the ancient Biscari, now known as Acate. This beautifully restored villa, flanked by cypress trees, marks the revival of a property steeped in a rich winemaking tradition, as highlighted by a 20th-century manuscript discovered on-site. The sun-drenched and wind-swept vineyards of Tenuta Santo Spirito yield exceptional wines, including reds like MarAnto, Christelle, and Le Bacche Nere, alongside whites such as RoVi and Le Lune. Our wines are crafted from indigenous grape varieties, including Frappato and Nero d'Avola, which are field-grafted in traditional methods to enhance their natural resilience.

Tenuta Santo Spirito's Commitment to Environmental Responsibility

Since its establishment, Tenuta Santo Spirito has embraced organic farming practices, earning certification in 2017. We are proud participants in the 'SOStain' project, a sustainability initiative aimed at promoting environmentally friendly and socially responsible viticulture in Sicily. In 2022, we completed the "ViVa" project, achieving Certification of Sustainability in Viticulture. This accomplishment reflects our dedication to preserving the natural resources of our land and our commitment to sustainable practices for future generations.

Producing around 20,000 bottles annually, Tenuta Santo Spirito maintains a close connection to our cultivation practices. Our estate features a historic villa protected by Ragusa's cultural authorities, a traditional cellar for wine refinement, an orange grove, and an olive orchard, all bordered by a picturesque cypress-lined avenue. This serene environment invites visitors to appreciate the beauty of nature while enjoying our wines.
