You will be welcomed at La Maliosa by our staff and cook Francesca, who combines her culinary skills with a significant training as a holistic practitioner in Phytoalimurgy and Wellness.

Francesca will take you on a walk through the farm's fields, and help you recognize and collect wild herbs, explaining their characteristics, properties and use in cooking. At the end of the walk, you will prepare fresh tagliatelle and a pesto with the wild herbs collected, which will make the perfect sauce combined with organic EVO oil from Fattoria La Maliosa.

The experience will end with a tasting of the prepared course, paired with our natural Saturnalia red wine served by an expert.

You will receive the recipe of tagliatelle and a guidebook dedicated to Maremman wild herbs in digital format.

Great tasting! Caterina, our hostess and guide is very well informed and obviously passionate about her work. The charcuterie was delicious and the wine is really good!

Great experience and exciting wines! Completely self-sufficient operation without chemical influences - you can taste it in the wine and notice it in the employees who run the small business. Recommended!

Beautiful place, knowledgeable guide (explained in details down to soil, planting, the whole process). They served ham, cheese and bread to pair with wine. The drive in was a bit rough for the last 1km, gravel road with potholes.

A visit to the winery. An extraordinary experience! Maira hosted us exceptionally. We tasted wines, local cheeses and bread. It was very tasty. Excellent natural wine! We had a lot of fun! We hope to return to Danev soon!

I spent a pleasant weekend with my family in an elegant and authentic place where we were able to relax and recharge our batteries. The rooms are very well designed and serviced and I found interesting ideas for decorating my home. In addition, the breakfast is something unique, both for the quality of the products and for the fact that it is prepared in the kitchen and guests are given the opportunity to help themselves and at the time they want, which I found superlative. Highly recommended!!!

We were like God!! A beautiful experience with a walk and tasting of local and above all NATURAL products like the wine we drank. Martina made us feel at home with her 3 four-legged friends. We will definitely return when the winery opens again. Congratulations again!!

A chance discovery on our way. A cute little winery where we were able to sample some wine. Friendly, open and relaxed. Our children loved the dogs.
