Start your experience with a refreshing aperitif featuring our "Sosò" Bianco D’Alessano IGP Salento, paired with homemade “friselline” topped with fresh cherry tomatoes and drizzled with our exquisite Extra Virgin Olive Oil Jorche. Next, join us for a guided tour of our winery, where you will visit our underground barrique cellar. Here, you will have the unique opportunity to taste a Primitivo wine drawn directly from the barrel, offering a true taste of the aging process.

Following this, you will sample our bottled Primitivo di Manduria DOP, allowing you to compare the nuances between the barrel-aged and finished wine. This tasting will be complemented by local Pecorino cheese, enhancing the flavors of the wine. To conclude your visit, savor our Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale, paired with “pezzi duri,” traditional Puglian pastries rich in almonds. This delightful combination will leave you with a memorable taste of Manduria's rich culinary heritage.

An oasis of peace. Typical Apulian country house, very nice pool, breakfast with exclusively homemade products. Very good dinner in the underground restaurant of the establishment. Very good wine. Super friendly staff and always ready to satisfy all needs. We will be back soon.

A beautiful site. The staff is knowledgeable and available. Always present but never obtrusive. Lots of space and yet cozy. The restaurant, buildings and even the winery is a blend of authenticity and modernity very successful.

Masseria Jorche is a wonderful place, the fabulous structure is surrounded by an immense garden with many Mediterranean plants, olive trees and eucalyptus trees. Its beautiful swimming pool completes an unforgettable stay, in the morning we enjoyed an exquisite sweet and savory breakfast and what to say about dinner in the semi-underground oil mill accompanied by an excellent wine from the Jorche winery. The girls Dalila and Emanuela are very professional and kind. A holiday to remember and I hope to return next year. I recommend everyone to spend an unforgettable holiday. 💗

Highly recommended! It was really relaxing to spend the weekend in this farm surrounded by greenery, silence and complete relaxation. Not to mention the excellent cuisine and the infinite availability of the staff. I can certainly give it a "RATING 10".

We only had dinner. They served us an aperitif outside at sunset with typical products. The atmosphere was relaxing and satisfying. Glasses of homemade sparkling wine accompanied taralli, olives, lupins, fried broad beans, courgette rolls, focaccia bread with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and oregano, puccette with courgettes, peppers and aubergines, ricotta meatballs, in short, a triumph of flavours. Dinner varies every night with a set menu. On this occasion they served us, inside an old oil mill, macaroni with cream of peppers, caciocavallo podolico sauce and crispy pepper, while the main course was veal cheek in its sauce with mashed potatoes and red beetroot. The wines on the menu, also made by them, are not exorbitantly priced, but if you don't want to overindulge you can also order by the glass. The staff treated us with attention and kindness. We will happily return.
