Each day begins at dawn when Agostino and his team carefully select the ripest grapes for winemaking. Harvesting early in the cooler morning hours helps preserve the grapes' aromatic qualities. The vineyard produces wines under two prestigious appellations: DOC Soave and DOC Valpolicella. The grape varieties cultivated here include Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone, resulting in a delightful range of red, white, and dessert wines. The winery has received notable accolades, including the Gambero Rosso 2020 Tre Bicchieri award for their Soave Superiore DOCG Il Casale 2017.

You can buy very nice wines at this vineyard. You will be helped in the store by an English-speaking hostess. You can taste the wines and they are of exceptionally good quality. Behind the shop you can find the vines for the wines. The location is a bit difficult to find if you drive from the north.
