Cantina Martinelli farms four hectares in total: 1.5 hectares, one of the oldest vineyards of all Soave Classic area (75 y.o.), facing North-Est in the northernmost sector of the Soave Classic area, at 350 m.s.l. on fully volcanic and basaltic soil + 1 more vineyard facing West (40 y.o.).

The other 2 hectares are in Cavaion, next to Garda Lake, at the base of Monte Baldo at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level.
The main vineyards in Fittà, Soave have been worked organically and biodynamically since 2016. The red grape varieties in Cavaion are from a 30 to 40-year-old vineyard, which has been in organic conversion since 2020 and is also farmed biodynamically.

We don’t always vinify all the red grapes we have, we select our best piece to harvest, and we sell the rest for now.
All the wines ferment with indigenous yeasts. They are not clarified or filtered, and a low amount of sulfites are added.

Farming Philosophy : We farm with a biodynamic approach - we utilize vegetal manure, mycorrhizae, biodynamic preparations and sulphur when necessary, and sometimes minimal copper treatments

A very beautiful wine region, with vines and beautiful Italian culture. My boyfriend and I went on a wine tasting excursion with Car Tours, and our impressions were very positive. A friendly atmosphere, and we received information about the wine culture. TEROLDEGO ROTALIANO is a good, full-bodied wine with a good finish. This good wine tastes very good on the tongue.

A beautiful winery in Mezzocorona! Very friendly owners who take the time to tour the property and, of course, to taste the truly excellent wines! A must-do if you're in the area! P.S. I drove home with some excellent wines in the trunk and fondly remember the winery over a glass of red wine! I'll definitely be back 😉

Cantina Martinelli – Authenticity, Warmth & Pure Love of Wine We were privileged to choose Cantina Martinelli as the location for our wedding get-together – and we couldn't have imagined a better place. A beautiful, authentic setting, great wines, and a team that inspires with genuine passion, creativity, and warmth. The collaboration was completely uncomplicated and flexible – exactly what you could wish for in the midst of wedding preparations. We lacked nothing, and our guests are still raving about this relaxed, enjoyable afternoon in a special atmosphere. We are sincerely grateful to the entire Martinelli team for allowing us to celebrate with you – a clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates authenticity, quality, and genuine hospitality. Best wishes and see you soon, Daniela & Ralph

My partner and I had a lovely tour of this family owned winery. It is a beautiful historic building. The host was very knowledgeable, he took his time and answered all questions we had. The wine tasting itself was also great and well selected. We tried a mix of different wines and heard their unique backstories. We also left with our favorite bottles to take home. Very nice atmosphere, would highly recommend to everyone looking for a private wine tasting. Thank you again for the great experience!
