The winery is known for its distinctive wines, categorized into four lines: Jakončič, Carolina, Mosaic, and Uvaia. The Jakončič and Carolina lines feature elegant white and red wines, while the Mosaic line offers delightful sparkling options. Uvaia stands out as a fortified wine with a unique orange hue, fermented in special egg-shaped barrels that enhance the fermentation process. Most of the vines thrive in marl soil, with some growing in sandstone and deep alluvial layers, contributing to the wines' exceptional character.

Highly recommend this winery! We stopped by for a tasting because they were open on Monday (thank you!!). We didn't know what to expect but had a fantastic experience complete with a three course tapas/snack pairing with the wines that was very generous. We wished we had more room in our luggage to bring more of their wine home with us!
