Castell Del Remei Winery has six warehouses for their wine production built with steel on a stone base. The cellars have almost a thousand French oak barrels for aging the wines. The winery is outfiited with all of the modern facilities and machines. Stainless steel tanks are used for fermentation as they can control the temperature of their wines during the process. A lot of emphasis is placed on the on the environment and ecology at Castell Del Remei.
Cultivating Syrah, Cabernet, Tempranillo, and Merlot
Both regional and French grape varieties grow in the vineyards of Castell Del Remei, including Syrah, Cabernet, Tempranillo, and Merlot. The winery produces excellent organic red and white wines, which are famous all over the world.
