Crivellé i Valls – family-owned winery, that still uses vineyards that are more than 90 years old

The winery originated from a family of vine-growers, who for more than four generations have grown vineyards on the estate of Mas d’en Gil, located in the municipality of Morera de Montsant. The vineyard is located in an ideal area with amazing weather for grape cultivation. This is held true by the fact that their nearly a century old vines still produce quality grapes. They grow grape varieties such as Garnacha Tinta, Cariñena, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnacha Blanca in the vineyards. The grapes from the vineyards are harvested at maturity and sent to the facility in a house in the town of Poboleda. All the processes for winemaking are done here. The winery has limited production capacity but is proud of the quality of wine they produce.
