From Vine to Bottle: Crafting Quality Wines

At 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝟓𝟐𝟓, our dedicated team guides you through the entire wine-making process, from selecting the finest grapes to pressing, bottling, and branding. In our inaugural harvest, we partnered with seven new winemakers and enthusiasts. Despite the challenges of the 2023 vintage, we successfully produced high-quality wines that are ready for you to enjoy.

• Grapes crushed: 15 varieties including Chinebuli, Goruli Mtsvane, Tavkveri, Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, and more.

• Regions sourced: Kartli, Kakheti, Imereti, Racha.

• Total volume crushed: 51,000 kg.

• Wine styles: Both classical and Qvevri wines. For the 2024 season, 65 tons are already booked, with 85 tons still available!
