The cellar is expertly managed by Enriqueta Celemín Amaro, a native of Spain, and Diego Alfredo Ribbert, who hails from Argentina. Both possess Oenology degrees and extensive vinification experience from around the globe. Together, they blend the best practices of Spanish and Argentinian winemaking. The Winery and Its Distinct Terroir

The DO Toro wine region boasts a long-standing winemaking tradition. Its vineyards are particularly special; while much of Europe faced the devastating Phylloxera plague in the 19th century, the noble vineyards of Toro remained untouched, thanks to the unique soil structure. As a result, wine enthusiasts can savor rare wines crafted from grapes grown on select pre-Phylloxera vines, offering a taste of history in every sip.
