History of the Winery

El Jardí dels Sentits is rooted in a rich family tradition. Our mother inherited 9 hectares from our grandparents' vineyard, Raventós. While our father was a ship captain, our mother, an artist, continued the family legacy of producing sparkling wines on a small scale. The cavas crafted by our family undergo a meticulous aging process, following the traditional methods established by our grandfather, Raventós Baldrich. We also honor our great-grandparents by aging the base wine in barrels for a short period, ensuring that each bottle reflects our heritage.

Commitment to Quality

Since taking over the family vineyard in 1998, we have recognized the potential of our small plots, which we tend to with passion and care. Our sparkling wines are aged for an extended period, staying true to our grandfather's style. At El Jardí dels Sentits, we focus on wines from a single plot to enhance the richness of Mediterranean varieties. Since 2014, we have adopted ecological practices, including the use of cover crops, compost made on-site, and some biodynamic techniques. Each wine we produce speaks directly to your senses, showcasing the unique terroir of Catalonia.
