Fattoria Santa Vittoria is a multi-faceted business located in the hills of Valdichiana, in Tuscany. The farmhouse is home to a winery, olive grove, other agricultural lands, and hospitality service. The company was part of the Fattoria Granducale di Pozzo and since 1980 has belonged to the Niccolai family.It is a family run winery with over two hundred years of history producing some of the best wines in the region. Now, the family and other collaborators work together to produce traditional Tuscan as well as newer innovative wines.

Fattoria Santa Vittoria owns 35 hectares of vineyards where they cultivate old Tuscan grape varieties and international varieties such as Sangiovese, Prugnolo Gentile, Pugnitello, Fogliatonda, Cabernet Sauvignon, Nero avola, Grechetto, Malvasia toscana, Trebbiano toscano, Semillon, Traminer aromatico, Vermentino and Viognier. They produce white DOC wines and red IGT wines from these grapes. The winery also has rose and dessert wine lines. Fattoria Santa Vittoria hhas apartments near the winery where guests can stay and experience living on the farm, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.

Fattoria Santa Vittoria is located in the gentle hills of the western Valdichiana in an intact and pleasant landscape.

After long experiments, starting from an experimental field in 1992, vines from other Italian regions have also been cultivated such as Incontro Manzoni, Vermentino, Semillon, Traminer and Nero D'Avola which allow the production of innovative wines of recognized quality.

The company has acquired experience in producing white and red wines with dried grapes, even in the vineyard, with controlled development of botrytis, obtaining elegant and innovative products for the territory.

A Tradition and Modern Fusion

The cellar was built in the mid-nineteenth century and has remained intact in its structures but equipped with modern technologies for the production and conservation of quality wines.

We produce an extra virgin olive oil which has been awarded multiple awards in international competitions and various types of pasta, obtained with artisanal processes, from ancient grains grown on the farm.
