Vision and Passion at Podere Anima Mundi
Marta Sierota, the owner, grew up in Poland and France before relocating to Tuscany in 2008. She believes that wine is a product of both nature and human effort. In 2012, she established Podere Anima Mundi by purchasing the farm. The winery follows biodynamic practices throughout the winemaking process, producing varietal wines without additives to highlight the unique terroir. The estate's oldest vineyards cultivate Foglia Tonda and Due Venti, along with Pugnitello and Colorino del Valdarno. The flagship wines, Mor di Roccia and Due Venti, showcase the estate's commitment to quality. Additionally, the winery grows Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, and Sauvignon Blanc. For those interested in natural wines from Tuscany, Podere Anima Mundi offers a remarkable experience amidst stunning landscapes.
