Spanning over 170 hectares at an altitude of more than 350 meters, the vineyards benefit from a favorable climate and poor, dry shale soil that enhances grape quality. Sovibor primarily cultivates traditional local varieties such as Arinto, Antão Vaz, and Roupeiro, which thrive in these ideal conditions, capturing the true character of Alentejo.
