Since the beginning the winery cultivates its own natural vineyard of almost four hectares
Since 2012, the winery does its vine cultivation on almost four hectares of natural vineyards. A lot of emphases are given to organic viticulture, and there is no use of herbicides and pesticides. They leased their vineyards in Stammheim, and the work began. The 2012 vintage was the first wine produced by the winery. Earlier the winery worked under the name ‘Weingut Baroqueschloss’ and changed to Wein Von 3 in 2013. In 2018, there were new constructions in the winery, and a new tasting room and wine shop were set up in their castle.
