Domaine Thomson Winery has the privilege of owning lands in two regions : France and New Zealand. They have one vision that is spread across two hemispheres.
Domaine Thomson is a family owned winemaking business that produces organic and biodynamic wine in two great wine regions : Central Otago, New Zealand and Burgundy, France.
Organic Winemaking at Domaine Thomson Wines
Domaine Thomson Winery proudly brings to you wine that is organic and biodynamic since 2011. With this, they feel like they are making wines that reflect their terroirs with even more intensity.
The Winery That Has Vineyards In Two Great Wine Regions
Domaine Thomson Winery is spread across the world. They grow their grapes in both Central Otago, New Zealand and in Burgundy, France. Their acquisition of land for vineyards was in 2013 and since then the love for Domaine Thomson wines has only elevated. Both the places are excellent destinations for viticulture and vineyards. To say so, they totally contrast in nature . Burgundy is in the South east while Central Otago is in the North East. These vineyards are home to grapes like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that take in the minerals and the nutrients from the rich soil and climate in both these regions.
Wine That Compels You to Revisit The Rich History of Central Otago
Any great wine would give you an expression of the territory it comes from and the history it reflects. David Hall Jones claims that every time he sips the Pinot Noir, he is taken back the rich history of Central Otago.
