Nestled in the heart of Kakheti, Georgia's renowned wine region, JUSO's Winery is a family-owned winery dedicated to preserving the ancient traditions of Georgian Qvevri winemaking, while sharing the warmth of Georgian hospitality with guests from around the world.

Founded in 2017 by two brothers Giorgi and Lasha Khvedelidze, the winery honors the legacy of their grandfather, Juso, a respected wine connoisseur who devoted his life to crafting exceptional wines in Kakheti. Named in his memory, JUSO's Winery continues a family tradition rooted in generations of viticulture, craftsmanship, and respect for nature.

Long before the winery was established, Juso planted the family's original vineyard, which today is nearly 60 years old. Located on the historic Kostaphé terroir in Sagarejo, the vineyard lies at the confluence of the Iori and Tvaltkhevi rivers. This unique location creates an exceptional microclimate for cultivating Georgia's indigenous grape varieties, including Rkatsiteli, Kisi, and Mtsvane. In addition, the family owns a five-hectare vineyard in the village of Shilda, planted in 2020, where the distinctive climate and soil provide outstanding conditions for growing red grape variety Saperavi.

JUSO’s Winery is home to seventeen handcrafted Qvevris. Our wines are produced with minimal intervention. All vineyard work is performed by hand, from caring for the vines throughout the year to the careful hand-harvesting of the grapes at harvest time.
