Discovery tasting, up to 20 wines

Discover the world and philosophy of the Mann family, winemakers passionate about Alsatian wines and the incredible diversity they represent.

We welcome you to our fully renovated eco-friendly cellar and guide you through a guided tasting of up to 20 wines, where we share our passion for Alsatian wines and their great diversity.

A true moment of sharing around exceptional wines, you will discover all the beauty of Alsatian grape varieties and the impact of terroir and soil on wines.

After an introduction to the history and geography of the vineyard, you will begin the tasting with a selection of wines from our “Soif” range to understand the varietal effect of the different grape varieties.

Then we will introduce you to our terroirs through wines from three types of soil: granite, sandstone, and limestone, giving you the opportunity to taste our Lieux-dits and Grands Crus.

And to finish, we offer a gourmet touch with a selection of wines from the “Gourmandise,” “Vendanges Tardives,” and “Sélection de Grains Nobles” ranges.

The philosophy and working methods in the vineyards and cellar* are also presented throughout the tasting to help you understand the origin of the finesse and character of our vintages.
