Bourgogne Rose Pinot Noir
Domaine Céline & Frédéric Gueguen
This rosé comes from 25-year-old Pinot Noir vines located in Saint-Bris-Le-Vineux on limestone soils of the Portlandian layer, with a northwest exposure. Produced with careful, traditional methods including cold settling and indigenous yeast fermentation, it undergoes malolactic fermentation on fine lees and is aged in stainless steel vats to maintain freshness and fruitiness. The wine shows a pale pink color with floral, almond, and toasty aromas. On the palate, it offers great minerality from its terroir and finishes with fresh red fruit notes. Ideal served chilled at 10–12°C, it can be cellared for 2 to 3 years. Perfect paired with grilled seafood like paprika-seasoned langoustine.
