This Pinot Noir comes from 40-year-old vines in Saint-Bris-Le-Vineux, grown on Jurassic limestone soils. Crafted with traditional Burgundian techniques, it features an intense ruby color with purple highlights. The nose offers fruity and smoky aromas, followed by flavors of cooked red fruits on the palate. Lightly filtered and aged for about 7 months, it should be served at 13–16°C and has a cellaring potential of 3 to 8 years.
