They produce organic wines, from hand-harvested grapes
The soil is clayey and alluvial, perfect for the growth of grapes. The vineyards are small where they handpick the grapes as it is challenging to use a tractor there. There is limited production that is of very high quality and perfect complexion. The grapes that generally grow in the region are the Tempranillo, Viura, and the Garnacha. The winery produces organic and high quality red, white, rose, and fortified wines. The ageing of the wine is done in oak barrels to preserve the fragrance and taste of it. Rose wines are the specialty of the Bodegas JER
