Bleeding Rosé
Champagne Roger-Constant Lemaire
Bleeding Rosé is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier. Its unique taste and color come from maceration with the skins instead of blending with red wine, a traditional method in champagne. It shows a beautiful raspberry red color, strong red berry aromas with citrus and toasted bread notes, and a smooth mousse dominated by red berries and grapefruit with a long elegant finish. It undergoes non-malolactic fermentation to preserve natural acidity and is aged a minimum of 4 years.
