Our Brut Grand Cru '75-25' cuvée lives up to its name. It is made from 75% Pinot Noir, from the Grand Cru terroirs of Bouzy and Ambonnay, which brings structure, vinosity, fruitiness, and crispness to the cuvée. The 25% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru terroirs of the Côte des Blancs softens the Pinot Noir's influence by bringing freshness to the champagne.
