Hiruzta Rosé Basque Brut Nature
This original sparkling wine is made from a 50/50 blend of indigenous Hondarrabi Beltza and Hondarrabi Zuri grapes grown at the winery’s own vineyard. Produced bottle-for-bottle using the traditional method at the winery, it shows a salmon pink color with fine persistent bubbles and a creamy texture. Aromas of red fruits like strawberry, redcurrant, and blackcurrant blend with pastry notes, while the palate is fresh and balanced with integrated acidity and a long aromatic finish.
