Le Clos Hortense is a rare and refined sparkling Chardonnay, crafted using the traditional method with natural fermentation for at least three years. Uncommon in the region, this “Blanc de Blancs” reveals a beautifully expressive nose of toasted wheat, peach, hawthorn, and delicate white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, tangy, and soft, with subtle hazelnut notes and a balanced, elegant finish. A sparkling wine of sophistication and finesse.
