This vintage Riesling Sekt from the Saar is crafted using the traditional Champagne method, with second fermentation in bottle and hand riddling. Produced in the historic Joh. Förster cellars in Trier since 1984, it matures for 12 to 20 months to deliver a refined aperitif with delicate bubbles and bright Riesling character.
