Hiruzta Berezia is a contemporary Txakoli made from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri grapes grown on the estate’s own vineyards in Hondarribia. The wine reflects the unique terroir and mild Atlantic climate, combining traditional character with modern winemaking. It is aged on its lees in tank, giving it a voluminous body, integrated acidity, and a long, aromatic, and persistent finish.
