Hiruzta Bodega  

Parcela Nº3 is a vintage Txakoli reflecting the unique character of the vineyard. It was aged for 12 months on its lees in a 500-litre French oak barrel with acacia beds, resulting in a wine of great intensity and aromatic complexity. The wine offers aromas of white fruit confits like apple, citrus notes of grapefruit and orange, dehydrated apricots, with hints of kerosene and spices. It is notable for its strength on the palate, structure, length, and excellent bottle evolution typical of a great wine.
