Various regions in Hungary, notably Szekszárd, Villány, Eger Intro: Siller is a traditional Hungarian wine style made from black grapes with short skin contact, resulting in a deeper color than rosé and a light red wine character. Once popular across the Carpathian Basin, it’s now a niche but cherished category showcasing bright acidity, red berry flavors, and light tannins.
