Made from 30-year-old Pinot Noir vines grown on loess soils, the 2024 vintage benefited from early bud break and long ripening, enhancing aromatic maturity. This rosé combines fruit and power, with bright cherry and vanilla notes, partly fermented in wooden barrels for added complexity. Fresh, fruity, and aromatic with surprising length.
