Feminine and elegant rosé. The fine and persistent perlage tickles the senses with notes of cherry, ginger and candied orange peel. Fresh with balanced acidity it has a good minerality with creamy and toasted notes.

When you place an order for the wines, the winery will receive your request and return to you with an answer if they are able to ship the quantity of wine bottles you requested to your location.
If the winery is able to fulfil your order, they will quote you a total price for the purchase that includes taxes, shipping and other handling fees - the price quoted above is the product price exclusive of these additional costs. You can choose to accept or reject this quote.
If you accept, the winery will be responsible for the sales, shipping and subsequent communication with you, the customer, to realise the transaction.
Vineyards
Grape Varieties %: 55% Nebbiolo, 35% Barbera, 10% Pinot Noir
Soil: clayey calcareous
Harvest time: mid-August / early September
Harvest: manual in 25 kg boxes
Winemaking
The press is filled with approximately 1000 kg of whole grapes. The grape/wine yield is 55%. During pressing, the cuvee (35%), premier taille (15%) and deuxiéme taille (5%) are obtained respectively (and then vinified separately).
Fermentation: 50% in barrique and 50% in stainless steel
Fermentation temperature: 15-18 °C
Duration: 15 days
Malolactic fermentation: no
In the spring following the harvest, the cuvee is assembled, sugar and yeasts are added and it is bottled. In the bottle, the sparkling wine ferments slowly for 2-3 months; the refinement lasts at least 24 months.
