A Sangiovese rosé produced in our area and recognizable because of the richness and minerality provided by the fossils present in our soils and the proximity of the sea.
The color is a delicate and brilliant rose. The bouquet is full of fresh floral and red fruit notes. In the mouth, it is pleasingly gentle, rich, mineral, and fresh.
Ideal as an aperitif, it is also perfect in the summer paired with simple, fresh pasta and fish dishes.
Drinkability
It is an enduring rosé that maintains its qualities for at least two years
