Maison Gassier Elevæ Rosé
Château Gassier: A Gem in Provence
A rare and refined organic rosé, the 2019 Elevæ blends Grenache, Syrah, and Vermentino, aged 24 months in Austrian oak barrels. With golden mango hues, it reveals layers of candied apricot, nectarine, peach, spice, and honey, finishing with vanilla notes and silky tannins. Complex yet balanced, it offers remarkable finesse and long aging potential.
