2024 Pinot Gris

The 2024 vintage was excellent for Pinot Gris, with early bud break and a late harvest that ensured optimal aromatic ripeness. Made from 23-year-old vines grown on sandy loess soils with slight lime influence, this wine underwent late hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentation partly in oak barrels, and maturation on lees. It offers a rich, creamy profile with aromas of banana and melon, delivering a long and spicy finish.
