2024 Riesling dry busy Lieschen

The 2024 vintage allowed for long ripening thanks to early bud break, a cool summer, and late harvest, maintaining balanced acidity and alcohol. This Riesling is a blend from two terroirs, Kalk and Rotliegend, made from 16-year-old vines. Grapes were hand-picked late October, with 20% fermented in wooden barrels and the rest in stainless steel, followed by four months maturation on lees. The wine offers minerality, saltiness, and white peach fruit with mint and basil notes.
