Crafted from 45-year-old Chardonnay vines rooted in Jurassic clay-limestone soils, this traditionally vinified wine is aged in stainless steel and enamel vats. Elegant and refined, it pairs beautifully with sauced fish, dumplings, and creamy white meats, and has an aging potential of 8 to 10 years.
