This Premier Cru blend comes from several small plots within Solutré Pouilly, including Au Chailloux, Pouilly, Au Vignerais, and Vers Cras. Vines range from 1946 to 1992 plantings, grown on limestone-rich soils with exposures facing south or southeast. The wine pairs excellently with seafood, fish, white meats, poultry, and cheeses.
