Oaked chardonnay cultivated in Sicily. It has a great body and at the same time is very delicate and elegant.

Harvested in August, the grapes are vinified in tanks with a very careful temperature-control method. The wine is then fermented and aged for 12 months in French oakwood barriques. Afterwards it is kept for 6 months in steel and 6 months into the bottle.
Fruity with notes of yellow pulp fruit mixed with explosive hints of vanilla and hazelnuts that come from the ageing in oak. Well structured and balanced by a fine mineral flavor and a pleasant sour taste, the tannins from the oakwood ageing come out very delicately.
With smoked fish would make a match made in heaven.
Also excellent with raw ham, mushrooms, elaborate white meat dishes and with seasoned cheeses. Served in high glasses, open on the spot or 30 minutes before serving. The ideal service temperatures is 11 to 13 ° C.
