Klaus and Maj Britt Vorgrimmler Winery  

Light yellow in the glass. A lush bouquet of white flowers, pears and flowering hay. A handful of young hazelnuts and fresh herbs such as borage and chervil complete this still life and invite you to take a first sip. The initial taste is very disciplined, the rich fruit rises over the edge of the glass with fine extract nestled in with the very soul and structure of this wine, which is supported by the youthful acidity. Embedded in noble tannins gives an additional aromatic depth and ensures a ‘trink fluss’ (drink flow).
