Bodegas Tritium: A Historic Winery in Rioja  

Esencia is an innovative Rioja white crafted from a unique blend of Viura, Malvasía, White Garnacha, and White Tempranillo, grown at 436 meters altitude. Fermented partly in clay amphorae with skins for 6 months and partly in French oak, it marries traditional winemaking with contemporary expression. The wine shines bright gold with orange hues, offering complex aromas of walnuts, figs, toasted almonds, roasted apple, and fennel. On the palate, it is rich yet balanced, with layers of dried fruits, citrus, mango, and white flowers, finishing long with a delicate herbal note and subtle unctuosity.
