Made from 100% Muscat of Alexandria from the Toll del Gos single vineyard; hand-harvested, dry-farmed, fermented in small stainless steel tanks with native yeasts, no clarification or stabilization; clean straw-yellow with greenish reflections, complex aromas of citrus, fennel, grapefruit, and boxwood; fine and elegant on the palate with medium volume, long persistence, and a characteristic bitter finish; pairs with paella, rockfish, or red prawns.
